Kerri Harkness

Kerri is a native of Kansas City, who has over 12 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner!
 
During her time in primary care, Kerri developed an interest in Aesthetic and Wellness Nursing, leading her to pursue a full-time career in these specialties. With her natural passion for helping others, clients of Kerri will always feel welcomed, valued and heard. Purchasing Transformations Wellness Spa in October of 2022, Kerri has made it her primary goal to assemble a team who is educated in using the safest techniques, protocols, and products. In her time away from the spa, Kerri enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 boys, extended family and friends. Participating in new learning opportunities and getting away to the sun and beach as often as her schedule allows!
 
Kerri obtained her Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Blue River Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Registered Nurse from Graceland University, her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner from Research College of Nursing, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Kansas City Missouri.
 
Kerri obtained her Associate’s Degree of Arts (AA) from Blue River Community College.

Brenda Mahanes

BSN, RN (Nurse Injector)

She has been a RN for over 33 years and has enjoyed all aspects of nursing. She works part-time as a labor & delivery nurse and as an aesthetic RN injector. “I like to take my time to listen to your concerns and come up with a treatment plan that matches your personal goals. I am conservative and will work at your pace to reach your desired goal. My husband and I have 3 grown children. We love having them all over for barbecues, playing some competitive cornhole, and listening to all kinds of music.

 

Lindsey Borns

Nurse Injector

Lindsey has been a nurse for 10 years, most of which has been spent in the NICU. She loves providing care to some of the smallest and critical babies and their families. She loves her work family at the hospital. About a year and a half ago, she began the journey of becoming an aesthetic nurse injector after getting a few facials and Xeomin at a local med spa. Helping people look and feel their best has been really rewarding for her, while being completely different than working with babies. She has been married to her husband for 18 years and has two teenage daughters together. Outside of work, she loves spending time together with her friends and family and working out.

Graduated from House of Heavilin in Blue Springs, MO. “I want to make people feel good in their own skin. Seeing your clients walk away with glowing skin and a smile on their face is a reward in itself. Kassie is a licensed Aesthetician and is also Transformation’s Associate Manager of Spa Services!  With over 8 years of medical aesthetic experience; Kassie was voted by peers & clients as Kansas City Magazine’s 2022 Best Esthetician! Whether it’s acne or hyperpigmentation issues, Kassie has a passion for helping clients who have a specific skin concern. When Kassie is not at Transformations, she loves spending time with her supportive husband and her 2 outgoing daughters!

Her favorite thing about practicing aesthetics, is helping clients feel beautiful and confident in their skin. She is soft-spoken, attentive, helpful, cheerful. I love to spend time with my family in my free time along with watching movies and shopping.

Taylor Harkness is a skin enhancement enthusiast with an unwavering passion for healthy, glowing skin. Taylor studied at the Academy Of Beauty Professionals, to gain experience and knowledge in being an aesthetician.  Married to her high-school sweetheart, Taylor balances her love for skincare with visits to her family’s farm, shopping, lake adventures, and hanging out with “the girls!”  With a dedication to skincare, Taylor stays up-to-date with the latest products and techniques. Taylor offers personalized skin solutions, guiding clients on skin care routines, product choices, and professional treatments to ensure her clients leave with a smile & healthier skin!

Laila enjoys being able to connect with guests and provide the utmost care for them when they are in and out of the office. Her goal is to make sure the clients feel better than they did when they walked through the door. Laila would describe herself as caring, compassionate and energetic. She believes we are more than just a team here at Transformations but more like a family. When she’s not in the office Laila is enjoying time with friends and family as well as her sweet puppy.

Felicity Hendricks

Colon Hydrotherapist, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach-Certified

Felicity is our Health Coach as well as our Colon Hydrotherapist, she does both the open and closed colonic, with a passion to inform her clients about the effects of toxins on the body, and educating clients on the benefits of colon hydrotherapy. She is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition located in New York, New York. There she has learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories. She works with her clients to help make lifestyle changes promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. You will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life. She will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life. Throughout her education she has been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories. Felicity coaches clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual lifestyle changes for the whole person. She looks forward to assisting clients on their way to feeling their best!

Khrissy is an amazing Colon Hydrotherapist specializing in both Open and Closed Colonics. Her passion for colon health grew from her own health struggles and wanting to help others heal. Khrissy is full of knowledge and can’t wait to assist you in healing your colon.

Maddie is our Spa Director here at Transformations Wellness Spa. Going on 3 years in the industry, she has a passion for making sure anyone who walks through our doors has an amazing experience and feels seen, heard, taken care of, and educated. When she is not at the spa, she enjoys bodybuilding, spending time with her family, studying scripture, and anything involving nature. With her passion for helping people become the best version of themselves, her goal is to become a certified personal trainer while continuing in her role at TWS!

Kodee

Social Media Manager

Kodee is our Social Media Manager at Transformations Wellness Spa. Kodee has always had a passion for social media, leading her to join the Transformations team while working in tech. 

She has a busy life with 3 boys, but in her off time, you can find her at the spa getting content. Kodee loves to make people laugh and finds joy in helping others. Before working in tech, Kodee worked at a children’s hospital for 7 years and enjoyed helping other families. 

She is currently enrolled in a Technology program at the University of Central Missouri. Her end career goal is to be a social media manager full-time.
