How it’s done:
Your provider will first begin by drawing your blood into a test tube. The tube is then spun in a centrifuge. The formation of a spongy, liquid-like product rich in platelets, growth factors, stem cells, and fibrin (PRF) is then drawn up into a syringe. Your PRF can then be applied topically with Microneedling or injected into the skin. The procedure itself takes less than 5 minutes and no downtime is required. Additional time for injections or Microneedling usually ranges between 20-45 minutes.
